Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for leading the outreach and solicitation of independent primary care physician participants for participation in the ACO REACH or other CMMI models on behalf of the CVS Accountable Care Organization. The position works closely with leadership including, Network Management, Practice Transformation, Clinical and others to understand and explain our partnership model and support that assist potential provider partners to understand the value of our offering. Recruit independent primary care physicians as needed to ensure attainment of network expansion and growth targets.Evaluates, helps formulate, and implements the provider ACO strategic plans to achieve growth and performance targets across multiple geographies.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3-5 years of work experience required (graduate level education may substitute). Related experience and successful track record engaging and executing arrangements with providers.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge and understanding of value based models, specifically with CMS/CMMI. The individual should also have experience engaging in direct physician office negotiations around performance based partnerships.
