Job DescriptionFortune 4 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Asset Protection Manager to join our dynamic and growing team As Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 or more District Asset Protection Leaders (DAPLs), while providing oversight to enterprise Asset Protection objectives and programs to ensure compliance and outcomes within your assigned span of control. You are responsible for hiring, training, and developing a best-in-class Asset Protection team through fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment and monitoring the performance of your respective DAPL team. You will achieve departmental and role-specific performance objectives by forging strong business partnerships with the Regional Directors of Operations; analyzing market trends through available reporting tools in order to create and implement market-specific shrink mitigation tactics within your assigned span of control; and validating the execution of Asset Protection strategies through monitoring established plans and key performance indicators. You will report to the Divisional Asset Protection Director. Responsibilities:1. Leads, manages, and develops a team of District Asset Protection Leaders located across various geographic markets. Conducts performance reviews to ensure productivity and alignment with departmental priorities, while driving the personal development of the DAPLs on the team.2. Provides performance updates and market insights to the Divisional Asset Protection Director 3. Drives execution of company asset protection and shrink reduction strategies to protect assets from loss due to internal/external theft and operational compliance issues 4. Owns partnership and support of Regional Directors of Operations; provides insights on overall progress of asset protection strategies and drives accountability 5. Maintains oversight of all front store and pharmacy investigations within the assigned span of control, provides guidance to DAPLs and provides updates to the Divisional Asset Protection Director 6. Ensures DAPLs are leveraging field asset protection tools to assess shrink risk, determine root cause and drive effective action plans with follow-up to Attain budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance within assigned span of controlPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years experience in retail field management Minimum of 2 years experience with multiple store responsibility Minimum of 2 years experience managing, coaching and developing of staff Minimum of 2 years of Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time Must possess a valid and current driver's license Must possess personal vehicle which company deems reasonably reliable and is appropriately insuredPreferred Qualifications LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) preferred Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to build positive relationships throughout an organization Ability to work well in a team environment and give as well as accept constructive criticismEducation Bachelors Degree (Preferred) or relative work experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
