In this role you will define and drive an audience-based personalization strategy and lead the creation of dynamic cross-channel experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert new and existing customers. This role requires a high level of collaboration with digital developers, MarTech, creative, and analytics teams to deliver compelling experiences, and close partnership with legal and privacy to navigate a complex regulatory environment. An ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a consumer-centric approach, and are a master problem solver and entrepreneurial in nature. You must also be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable leading through ambiguity.Key Responsibilities Responsible for strategy and development of B2C cross line of business campaigns to maximize value of CVS Health digital properties and deliver against business objectives Lead execution and day-to-day management of end-to-end campaign deliverables, including creative briefing, journey mapping and testing strategies, digital execution leveraging tools such as Adobe Target & Braze, and optimization Bring new and innovative ideas to drive customer value by way of new channels, experiences, partnerships, or other activations Proactively work with customer insights and enterprise analytics to translate insights into key performance strategies & to deliver on P&L goals Continuously review campaign performance with analytics partners, assess results, and optimize in real time Actively develop trusted relationship across a large, complex organization to create clear goals, accountabilities and outcomes, with specific focus on digital, LOB marketing, procurement, and marketing technology teamsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience 2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience 2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating latest opportunitiesPreferred Qualifications Talent for working under pressure in a fast-paced, white space environment, with ability to balance business needs and requests Ability to take on tasks outside of immediate scope to help team mission if necessary Familiar with digital execution tools such Adobe Target, Braze, etc..
