Job DescriptionThis position will assist in the coordination and development of consolidated enterprise financial reporting, including reporting monthly actuals and developing quarterly forecasts. This Candidate will report directly to the Lead Director of FP&A (Monthly Actuals Reporting & Forecasting) and assist in creation of relevant reports and narratives for internal and external executive-level meetings/events (including quarterly earnings announcements, investor meetings and roadshows, Investor Day, and Board meetings) to support strategic and operational decision-making. This position requires understanding of financial systems and connectivity to enterprise processes, as well as a strong collaborative work style to develop and foster partnership with critical constituents to achieve objectives. Activities the position will participate in include: Assist in development of quality, timely quarterly consolidated forecasts to share with CEO and CFO Development of relevant reports for key internal and external executive-level meetings/events (including quarterly earnings announcements, investor meetings and roadshows, Investor Day, and Board meetings Coordinate cross-functionally with Treasure, Tax, Investor Relations and External Reporting teams to finalize business results in the reporting system and relay strategy to Executive Leadership Partner closely with the Ld Director of FP&A and finance business partners to ensure reports and forecasts align with key business metrics, targets and business reporting priorities Assist in monthly results preparation and presentation to CFO and CEO Collaborate with other members of the team to develop SG&A reporting for quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting Develop and utilize a deep understanding of SAP S4 and Oracle Hyperion in order to handle responsibilities alluded to abovePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 83,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-1+ years of financial analysis or accounting experiencePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of: Healthcare, PBM, insurance industry helpful but not requiredKnowledge Of: Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams environment; SharePoint; Hyperion/S4 planning technology (or similar programs); knowledge of dashboard applications such as Tableau; QuickBase, Power BI (or other similar technologies) preferred by not required-Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment and build partnerships with key constituents of varying professional levels (e.g., Investor Relations, business segment and corporate finance leadership and within the Enterprise Planning department) to gain input, feedback, understanding and/or buy-in on key processes, expectations and/or deliverables, while influencing business decisions through actionable business insights-Strong organizational skills -Ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlinesEducationBachelor Degree or equivalent work experience requiredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
