Taco Mac is seeking Managers at all levels (Hospitality, Kitchen, Assistant General Manager and General Manager) to provide operational excellence in our restaurants. Our Managers are empowered to provide leadership and guidance in all areas of operations, including but not limited to, profit management, sales and Guest count growth, Guest experience, and Team Member development Responsibilities:Operational Excellence:Manages all aspects of Restaurant operations including, but not limited to dining room, kitchen, bar, and administrative duties. Flawlessly executes and delivers on an unparalleled guest experience. Maintains a passion and commitment towards high quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant.Creates the schedule to ensure the restaurant is properly staffed according to sales forecasts and capabilities of the team. Provides immediate resolution to Guest feedback, inquiries and incidents.Reports all Guest and Team Member injuries in a prompt manner. Educates and assists Team Members in reducing waste. Teaches and holds Team Members accountable to cash handling procedures; thoroughly reviews each server & bartender’s checkouts.Processes all comps and voids throughout the shift. Interacts with fellow Managers to share ideas and best practices.People:Recruits, selects, hires, trains and develops the best Team Members in the industry. Focuses on retaining top Team Members and maintaining low turnover. Directs and develops Team Members to ensure a best-in-class work environment, top-line sales and Guest count growth. Responsible for all areas of performance management for direct reports, determines goals, provides coaching & development, conducts performance reviews and prepares hourly Team Members and Managers for succession planning opportunities. Implements Rewards and Recognition programs in Restaurants.Investigates and works closely with HR on employee relations concerns.Follows progressive discipline guidelines to ensure Team Members have a clear understanding of expectations, policies and procedures.Qualifications:1+ years of experience in a restaurant management or similar role. Must have strong knowledge of Restaurant operating procedures including, but not limited to, P&L management, ordering, receiving, schedule writing, etc.Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, development of Team Members. Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
