Job DescriptionReporting to the Health Equity Lead for CMS ACO REACH Program, the Director will lead the development of the community engagement strategy, operating model, and governance structure for health equity for the CMS ACO REACH program. The Director will engage community stakeholders to build support for local and regional CVS ACO REACH initiatives and improve access to primary care in diverse communities as well as communities that have a history of social and economic marginalization. In addition, this leader will work alongside Enterprise Health Equity and Diversity organizations within CVS Health to ensure we take an integrated approach and transformative actions to deliver on our commitment to address the full spectrum of racial and health inequities within CVS Health and the communities we serve.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsExperience Rolling out Health Equity initiatives and resources such as transportation services and food insecurity resources.
