Job DescriptionCVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to handle insurance follow up and PBM Client questions and issues. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. In this role you will work in a customer service oriented, fast paced and team focused environment to help resolve patient account balances and PBM Client inquiries.- Resolve issues with nonpayment of invoices due to insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes and pharmacy or shipping errorsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.90Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
