Job DescriptionCVS Health Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area has an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to handle insurance follow up and PBM Client questions and issues. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. In this role you will work in a customer service oriented, fast paced and team focused environment to help resolve patient account balances and PBM Client inquiries.- Resolve issues with nonpayment of invoices due to insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes and pharmacy or shipping errorsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.90Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Two years of experience performing healthcare reimbursement / collections or medical insurance billing- One or more years of experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment - Able to multi-task and meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with pharmacy benefit insurance billing and resolution. - Ability to multi-task, manage simultaneous projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while displaying strong attention to detailEducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GED requiredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
