Job DescriptionThe Special Needs Representative will assist TANFMedicaid members in applying for for SSI benefits. The goal is to assist members in obtaining SSI and move them to the appropriate coverage based on their current healthcare status.The member is in control of the application for SSI from beginning to end. The member controls the involvement of the Special Needs Representative. Assistance is given at whatever level is necessary and requested by the member.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsBachelors degree1+ years of experience working with special needs populations similar to those served by Medicare and/or Medicaid required.Preferred Qualifications-Master's degree is preferred -An active licensed in preferable:"¯ LSW, LPC, LCSW -Knowledge of community agencies is required"¯ -Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word) is required -1+ years of experience working with special needs populations similar to those served by Medicare and/or Medicaid required"¯ -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision -Must be detail-orientedEducationMinimum of a Bachelors degreeBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
