Job DescriptionThe Manager Strategic Accounts is a client facing role working directly with key client contacts. The Manager Strategic Accounts will report to the Director of Account Management. The Manager Strategic Accounts is an integral part of the overall account services team that owns the client relationship, delivering client satisfaction. The Manager Strategic Accounts will demonstrate a high level of accountability through the execution of timely, accurate, and reliable interaction with the client, demonstrating a professional manner at all times. Interactions include but are not limited to; email, client calls, and video conference and in person meetings etc. The Manager Strategic Accounts will work cross functionally to drive strategic initiatives, including working with senior leaders in order to deliver on client commitments. They own the development, tracking, reporting and all status updates for various strategic projects on behalf of our customers. Establish a strong tracking process to track progress of activities using a Project Plan, conduct weekly update calls by crafting and maintaining an Action Log until all tasks are completed. Provide leadership and oversight regarding project management by other account team members on all aspects of the process to include the gathering and managing of client requirements, directing internal partners in the management and delivery of PBM administration services as outlined in agreed upon project plan. Work with key stakeholders to define and acquire all necessary resources and to ensure support for project goals when needed. The Manager Strategic Accounts will identify best practices and ensure project focus is on the most important initiatives that will provide the best in class value to our customers. The Manager Strategic Accounts, using their deep knowledge of the (Pharmacy Benefits Management) PBM and CVS Health, will provide guidance and mentorship support to account team members and help drive the overall improvement in skill sets and career development.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3 or more years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management or Client Services role3 or more years of experience in a client facing role within the healthcare industryTravel up to 25% of the time.
