Job DescriptionThe Account Manager will support the Account Executive by providing an exceptional service experience while focusing as an advocate for healthier living and delivering total cost of care. This includes, but is not limited to: - Operational partnerships - Assists in operationalizing the strategic plan- Operationalize and implements new plan changes and new products- Assists the internal renewal processes- Stop Loss reporting internal/external- Requesting all reporting and format for presentations (APR, Mid-Year, Renewal)- Delivers proactive assessment of operational trends and share with the Account Executive- Amendment/ASA/Plan doc review alongside Account Executive- Fulfills unique requests for member communication / education from the client- PHI Form Updates / Contacts /Address Changes- Partner with Client Advocate for Root cause analysis.- Sensitive client / member research- File feeds set up- NCABsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
