Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Data and Machine Learning team developing CVS Health's Modern Data Platform is looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our team in one of our locations: Hartford, CT; Wellesley, MA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL, Pittsburg, PA, Irving, TX. Remote is also being considered. This Product Manager role is at an individual contributor level meaning it is a manager of things, not people. This role is an opportunity to join the team building the Data and Machine Learning platforms & products that power CVS Health to make healthier happen across America. You will have the opportunity to ideate and drive new strategic initiatives which will unlock the immense power of our data to produce value for our customers. Responsibilities: Define product strategy, capabilities, and roadmaps for our modern data and analytics platform. Perform industry research assess similar offerings to ensure roadmap incorporates the latest innovations. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities. Guiding business partners and coordinating with technology partners to define and evaluate strategic and holistic solutions. Develop required analysis, synthesize materials, and create presentations to apprise stakeholders and leadership on program milestones and decisions. Meet with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and define product features. Work with other Product Mangers and Product Owners to determine and manage cross-team dependencies. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our data platform and related products. Following human centered thinking to design, develop and facilitate working sessions to compile business needs and user feedback. Define methodology and approach to launch new capabilities and features, test their performance, and iterate quality. Constant management and refinement of an ever-growing and changing backlog. Produce journey maps, solution context diagrams and other strategic artifacts to help guide the team and stakeholders towards the product's vision. Review features and refine user stories with the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to support the development process. Coordinate with the UI/UX team to define short and long-term goals and produce high quality wireframes. Clearly articulate and document user stories with specific acceptance criteria for each story. Lead the incident management process as required to support overall issue resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners. 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology, using Agile productivity tools, leading incremental software releases. 4+ years of experience working on data and analytics-based platform capabilities, services, or products. 3+ years of experience working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and working prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design.Preferred Qualifications Experience using Rally to define and organize capabilities, features, user stories, tasks, and defects. Experience with SQL, Tableau and/or other data and data visualization tools. Demonstrated ability to write and document technical information. Working knowledge of a variety of healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy. Experience with large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives.Education Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree preferred.
