Job Description-Manage a workload that supports the digital member communication strategy including business leadership of reporting and analytics for multiple applications -Will be responsible for delivering analytics and reporting for the team that is responsible for member preferences and communications-Provide guidance and direction to business partners, vendor partners, IT and Architecture workstreams based on business expertise and knowledge of regulatory requirements-Lead Representative for Quadient Center of Excellence -Identify and report issues and/or risks to strategy or targets-Partner/Collaborate with team members on strategic solutions-Use of data analytics to build both digital engagement and digital adoption-Investigates problems, detects patterns and recommends solutions. -Explores, examines, and interprets large volumes of data in various formsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
