Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to administer Refrigeration service calls and equipment maintenance orders of CVS properties and those vendor relationships. The role will be solely responsible for managing service requests, work order follow up with vendors and store employees, processing proposals, processing invoices. Assist the HVAC Sr. Analyst with compiling, loading, and managing asset information onto the Service Channel database. Assist with reporting and analyzing spend for expense and capital budgets. Will be responsible for setting key performance indicators for third party vendors, performing comprehensive business reviews and financial analysis. At times, this position will manage projects and pilot programs alongside the HVAC/R Manager and team members. Additional project assignments will also be assigned to the Refrigeration Analyst as needed.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3+ years experience in property, vendor or program management 3+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews 3+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications Capacity to work off-hours as needed Successful working under remote conditions Service Channel Experience Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem-solving skills as well as knowledge to facility management. Time management capability and organizational skills are a must. Comfortable presenting at executive and external meetings. Experience in and exposure to a variety of building facility services and projects and processes. Positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting. Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy, takes responsibility for own work.
