Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst within the Pharmacy Services Segment (PSS) Finance Data Management & Analytics organization, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted consultant to the CFO organization, working closely with business and finance SMEs to understand how data can be leveraged to answer questions and solve problems. You'll be tasked with researching and documenting complex processes; connecting the dots between business and technical worlds to enable analytics development at scale. Job Responsibilities- Drive the elicitation of data and analytics use cases and requirements within PSS Finance to enable efficient and effective technical development- Collaborate with internal Finance stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities and translate business needs into tangible project requests- Offer general consultation to end users on potential technical solutions to business problems- Author and update documentation necessary for the understanding of business process, logic, and data flow- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate requirements on a continuing basis, ensuring any and all changes are accounted for- Partner with data management & analytics colleagues to facilitate successful technical development- Provide necessary information to technical partners in a timely and concise manner - Assist in the prioritization of backlog requests and overall management of in-flight projectsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
