Job DescriptionWork on the technical efforts in the project role associated with on-boarding trading partnersAssist trading partners with the implementation, testing and support of inbound and outbound data connectionsServe as a liaison between the IT and the businessResponsible for mapping user requirements to effective technology solutions.Coordinate with business users and QA for UAT testing and signoffSupport external customers and internal processing areas by troubleshooting data issuesCoordinate with other IT teams, and Business customers to accomplish successful resolution of all performance issuesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualificationst8+ years administrative experience in IBM Sterling Integrator, IBM Sterling Filegateway, IBM Transformation Extender Advance (ITXA), IBM Secure Proxy , IBM SEA's & IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).t6+ years of experience in Map development with both SI and ITXt5+ years of experience in developing Business Processes in Sterling Integrator and configuring various services and adapters.t2+ years Azure , AWS & GCP Cloud Integration experience t4+ years of experience in communication protocols like AS2 (HTTP/HTTPS), SFTP and Connect Direct (C:D).Preferred Qualifications Development Experience with IBM Sterling Integrator, IBM Sterling Filegateway, IBM Transformation Extender Advance (ITXA), IBM Secure Proxy , IBM SEA's & IBM Transformation Extender (ITX). Strong business process development and Mapping experience with both SI and ITX. Sound knowledge of EDI data and compliance standards: HIPPA, X12, & EDIFACT. Good to have experience with EDI 832, 834, 835, 837 files. Sound knowledge of Communication protocols: VAN, SFTP, AS2, SAPALE, Connect Direct (C:D) Certificates & Encryption (PGP) Experience with programming language like Java, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, JavaScript and Scripting. Experience with Operating Systems: Linux/RHEL, Unix, Windows and Databases: DB2, SQL Server & Oracle. Familiar with Managed Files Transfer (MFT) Applications such as Secure Transport (Axway) Exposure in latest Cloud services and technologies and experience in customizing REST calls to another application. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools. Writes design specifications documentation and Operational procedures (including CI/CD scripts) as necessary to support Project and day to day processing tasks and other supporting documentation for projects and enhancements. Hands on experience with Installations of middleware products on Cloud environment. Excellent analytical, problem solving, articulation, client-handling skills coupled with project/ team leading abilities Experience with partner onboarding Ability to analyzes and identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements. Identifies, and when necessary, proposes variances to the Enterprise Reference Architecture to accommodate project or business requirements. Able to work independently with no or minimal supervision, or under the guidance of Architect/Lead or SME. Responsible for quality assurance, reviews of assigned projects and the evaluation and documentation of team procedures, applications, and/or infrastructure. Interacts with support partners to ensure solutions are architected correctly, works with support partners to resolve major issues. Production support Activities, troubleshooting, High Availability & Disaster Recovery. Ability to work with all teams and understand code changes and review business requirements and identify any gaps. Ability to work in challenging environment and carry out duties by working with internal and external teams.
