Job DescriptionRemote Continental USACVS is looking to add a Senior Coordinator to the I-9/Talent Acquisition Operations team. You will be responsible for supporting CVS Health's Human Resources Talent Acquisition operations and service delivery. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Managing support tickets relating to I-9 verifications I-9 List A photo matching. I-9 List B/C data corrections I-9 Late Reasons validation A successful candidate will have: Excellent client service skills. Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet and database software Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team player. Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines Ability to prioritize and manage daily workload PeopleSoft or equivalent HR / Payroll system knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHours: 8:30am - 5pmPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.50Maximum: 33.65Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 3+ years of operations experience preferably within Human Resources and/or Talent AcquisitionPreferred Qualifications Excellent client service skills.
