Job DescriptionHas responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Develops and implements strategic project plan to achieve business goals Proactively leads project and/or business by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s) Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization Solicits and evaluates internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement Responsible for managing the budget and/or financial implications of more complex projects Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) and external parties (e.g., vendor management) Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties Builds communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (up stream/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion Acts as an advocate for change; may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignmentPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Experience working in an agile environment- Preferred PMP- 5+ years working in Healthcare insurance projects- Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills- Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team- Past experience includes development of project budgets and developing ROI- Proven communication skills both written and verbal- Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; Proficient in aggregating data, tracking, analytics- Advanced user of PPT; Demonstrated ability to create executive summaries, presentation materials, other project artifactsPreferred Qualifications- Working understanding of clinical operationsEducationBachelors degree or relevant experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
