Job DescriptionWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The HRIS oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensures the systems and processes meet the needs of the organization. Serving as the subject matter expert for HRIS operations, administration, and integrations, ensuring system data integrity, efficient processes, accurate and useful reports and dashboards, and full deployment and maintenance of company HRIS. You must be comfortable working and communicating remotely, as our whole team works remotely.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborating with HR, IT and key stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into clear written technical requirements Participating in research for HRIS vendors that support organizational needs Serving as a system administrator for all HRIS and HCMs across the organization; manage implementations, critical data integrations, configurations, releases, maintenance and testing activities Partnering with vendors to develop data imports, exports, and reporting; establishes recurring data feeds Creating automated or self-service reporting for recurred requests, as applicable, and responding to ad-hoc reporting requests Can determine how to leverage existing reporting tools with new and emerging technology that will evolve reporting capabilities Have evaluated systems to identify areas of improvement and implement process improvement and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and user experience within the systems Aid in the creation and maintenance of journey mapping for both the end user experience and system process Manage the end-to-end analytics process including, but not limited to: structured and unstructured data management, design/build analytics and models, extract insights/findings and visualize outputs and communicate outcomes Develops data visualizations that highlight key insights for clients to make informed business decisions related to people operations Develops and implements HR data-literacy enhancement strategy to achieve high end-user engagement and data-driven decision-making culture Manages audit and quality control processes in accordance with organization audit schedule and on an as needed basis Ensures security, end-user access and integrity across all HRIS platforms Ensures compliance with federal and state data privacy regulations, standards and best practices Presents analytical data and actionable insights results to key stakeholders at all levels Thrive working in fast-paced, high growth environments Get excited about building something from the ground up Enjoy being involved in shaping processes and employee experience Have agility and ability to adapt and lead change organizationallyPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Demonstrated working understanding of human resources information systems with strong expertise in ADP Proficiency with HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes Demonstrated ability to promote a supportive working environment where teammates are encouraged to proactively address issues and solve problems Strong relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships and accomplish objectives Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a dynamic, fast paced environment Strong change management expertise Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct multiple activities with varied deadlines and deliver on time Effective decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments and take the initiative to establish priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex systems issues and recommend creative, practical, and high-impact solutions.
