Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of a Coordinator Materials I is the receipt, distribution, and maintenance of all pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products performed by entering the information in to the appropriate systems, preparing all items for distribution, placing them in the proper location on the filling floor, and cycle counting all inventoried items.Hours: Monday-Friday. Shift is either 6am-2:30 or 8am-4:30.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 16.00Maximum: 25.00Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications One year professional work experience preferred in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. Six months computer experience in a Windows based system.Preferred QualificationsExperience: Warehouse certification if required by State Board of Pharmacy Certification for forklift operation if applicable for equipment Pharmacy Technician License and national technician certification as applicable to state licensing requirements Six months computer experience in a Windows based system. Prefer three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment One year experience in purchasing, receiving, and inventory control. One year computer experience in a Windows based system. Prior experience with the use of a hydraulic forklift preferred but not a must.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and problem solving ability. Detail oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work independently. Excellent math skills with emphasis on counting and conversions. Ability to lift 75lbs. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute. Office / warehouse environment with frequent use of a computer.
