Join us in our mission to lower health care costs, increase accessibility, and improve livesIn this newly created role, the Senior Manager, CVS Caremark Brand Writer, will report to the Lead Director, CVS Caremark Brand stories. This B2B writer and storyteller is experienced in how to define and write a brand value proposition that is compelling to clients and differentiated from competitors. This candidate will support the Lead Director of CVS Caremark Brand stories in the writing of new and existing value stories and marketing strategies for the Caremark brand, including internal rollout campaigns, brand toolkits, content strategy and the seamless online and offline brand experience.This candidate possesses a growth mindset and is adept at working across teams and executing plans that drive measurable business results. Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to establish strong working relationships to inform, influence and advise are also key attributes.Responsibilities include: Support the development of the CVS Caremark B2B differentiated value stories and pillars that articulate our competitive brand strengths, capabilities, and differentiation. Provide strong, seasoned editorial leadership in presentation and short-form on-demand marketing materials, shaping content and culture around effective audience engagement Support all elements of content creation, from brainstorming, analyzing, and planning to final production of written content, generating high-quality and innovative work while meeting deadlines specific to each project Synthesize strategic messages from program content and translating them into cohesive, engaging storylines and slides Partner with graphic designers to hone storytelling for clear, visually engaging collateral Own marketing library of messaging assets (case studies, power slides, RFP responses) for use across channels and including sales and account development client meetings and forums Serve as a brand steward ensuring seamless and consistent messaging across content, campaigns, events and customer centers Flawlessly execute against S.M.A.R.T. goals to foster real business results Leverage insights to refine stories and inform go-forward approachPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience of B2B writing and storytelling with Fortune 500 clients; healthcare or PBM experience preferred Proven experience writing for PPT Experience in working on B2B surround /cross channel approaches Experience collaborating with sales and account development organizations to ensure consistent storytelling across all channelsPreferred Qualifications Proven track record of working on cross-functional teams, and collaborating with individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills Analytic based approach to marketing - experience working with analytics teams to define analytic approach to uncovering opportunities, and translating analytic output into strategy based on data science Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization-- Candidates will be asked to provide prior writing samples --EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.Masters PreferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
