Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations is a critical member of the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) organization. This individual is responsible for IAM Operations supporting the colleague and contractor workforce with a primary focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of Active Directory and Applications access. IAM services span Authorization, Authentication, Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Service and System Account lifecycle. The Senior Manager will work closely the IAM leadership team to define strategic vision and roadmaps across IAM services and technology, foster a culture of innovation to enable secure business solutions, drive operational excellence, optimize operating costs through technology rationalization and standardization and drive workforce strategy with an emphasis on talent development and retention.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-8+ years of information security work experience -5+ years of IAM Operations experience-3+ years of recent direct people management experience (oversight of 10+ direct reports)Preferred Qualifications-Working Identity Access Management operational experience-Strategic Thinking-Innovation-Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Application provisioning processes-Strong people management skills onshore and offshore full time and contingent workforces (at least 3 years people management experience)-Proven success in productivity and capacity planning-Ability to be a strong backfill to Lead Director of Operations-Fungible resource-Production Support - white glove service-Team Building-Crisis Management-Available during non-core hours for production support-Self-starter-Proactive process improvement-Active Directory-Large Program Management-CISSP, CISM/CISA, TOGAF-Risk ManagementEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
