Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day needs of our Salesforce community. The role includes extensive interaction with internal teams including Account Management, Sales, Contracting and others. The individual will be responsible for helping deliver complete and comprehensive results for a wide range of issues to support new/current clients. They will provide input on process improvements, root cause analysis, and facilitating system enhancements. Responsibilities1. Template management for contracts and email notifications2. Identify SOPs, remediate inefficiencies and work through channels to recommend/implement process improvements.3. Lead user acceptance testing for system enhancements4. Customer service to our user community, responding to inquiries about Salesforce5. Reporting and analytic support6. Training and communications support, including a quarterly newsletter7. System documentation, including help articles, in-app guidance and process flowsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
