Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations Senior Consultant is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our Salesforce user community, supporting Sales, Account Management, Operations, Contracting and executive leadership. This position is not responsible for managing direct reports but may assist senior staff with vendors/contractors depending on project needs. Duties include but are not limited to:Resolve day-to-day questions/issues/requests about SalesforceRun ad-hoc analysis as requested by the businessCreate/manage templates for Salesforce email, Adobe eSign and Apttus CLMManage/participate in various workstreams such as data integrity and reportingLead small-medium projects for system enhancement projects. Lead training and testing for larger projects.Create training materials and host technical trainingAbility to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrentlySelf-starter who can work independently and seek guidance when neededThis individual will help ensure the quality, consistency and efficiency of all Salesforce activities, including but not limited to: general administration and support, data validity, data loads, reporting, troubleshooting, running debug logs, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platformPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5-7 years relevant experience that includes: problem solving, critical thinking and creative solutions. administration or equivalent experience. This position will require a deep knowledge and practical experience using/administering the Salesforce platform. Project management experience Change management experience Ability to partner with various stakeholder groups Blends a technical and consultative skillset Strong analytical skills Strong verbal/written communication skills Strong MS Office skills Comfortable working with all levels of an organization Experience as a customer support repPreferred Qualifications Healthcare background Salesforce certification Project Management certification Sales Operations background Apttus CLM experience WalkMe experience Sales, Contracting, Implementations or Account Management experience Ability to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities Ability to interact with all levels of management Data analysis / database integrity experience Process flows/Visio experience Able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigationEducationBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
