We are seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator for a very important client.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport corrective action trainings with Production SupervisorsResponsible for onboarding and certifying new Manufacturing Technicians on general proceduresConduct periodic audits, identify gaps, and implement improvementsWork collaboratively with cross functional team members (Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Supervisors, Manufacturing Technicians)Demonstrate appropriate instruction, communication, and audience motivation skillsDelivery of on-the-job training will also be consideredDetermine how end users will best learn training contentReview existing training course materials and refine course delivery for specific audiences to achieve training objectivesConduct quality review of data created to support course deliverySet a positive tone for the training, including clearly setting expectations for the course, encouraging participation, and using positive reinforcement techniquesMonitor class evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsUse pallet jacks hand trucksLoad carts and move inventory on a daily basisWorking ConditionsManage parts in 3 different buildingsAbility to work outdoors and warehouse work is required.
