We are seeking a Technical Program Manager II for a very important client.This role is for a Technical Program Manager responsible for managing the SDLC across multiple workstreams in delivering firmware enhancements for our wireless broadband gateways.Employees at all levels are encouraged to:- Understand our Operating Principles and use them as guidelines for how you do your job.- Lead the customer experience: Think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them detailed digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.- Know your stuff: Be learners, users and advocates of our groundbreaking technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences- Win as a team: Make big things happen by working across multiple teams to foster collaboration and the generation of new ideas.- Be an active part of the Net Promoter System a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company: Joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.- Get results and growth.- Respect and promote inclusion and diversity.- Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.Core Responsibilities:- Serves as the workstreams? representative and advocate- Ability to drive and manage high performance teams.- Be able to establish a trusted partnership with critical stakeholders in functional areas across the company to ensure successful delivery- Works with engineering and product leads to maintain backlogs and set prioritization, driving clarification discussions and helping to generate supporting documentation as needed.- Facilitate information transfer and communication across the program teams to ensure consistent focus & understanding and that the right decisions are made in executing the programs.- Objectively identify risks & issues throughout the program lifecycle, determine potential mitigations, and engage leadership as appropriate for decision/direction.- Oversees the release plan so product & program stakeholders have clarity and confidence in what will be released & when so they can make informed tradeoffs- Document project status for consumption by program stakeholders and team leadership- Operate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, and be able to quickly adapt unexpected issues and change.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Requirements:- Bachelor?s Degree or Equivalent Experience- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience- Strong written, verbal communication and collaboration skills- Hands on experience with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet- Independent problem-solving, critical thinking skills and risk management experience- PMP certification a plus- Understanding of the systems/architectures that combine to deliver software services- Project management experience in a technical software organization with an agile methodology focus- Demonstrated capacity to handle additional responsibility for multiple, parallel efforts and solid facilitation skills- Experience working in the WiFi / Internet realm desirable- A dynamic personality that can quickly establish trust and rapport at all levels of the organization- Energetic, team oriented, and eager to learn.S/W program management for Ashlene (Sky) + XLE (Comast)
