We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for a very important client.The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for the aseptic manufacturing of tissue based products for the regenerative market. Incumbent should be trained in clean room operations, aseptic technique and working with bio hazardous material. Position involves Operating simple and complex processing equipment. Ability to follow instructions of the Group Leader Supervisor while inspecting the quality of raw and finished goods. Demonstrate steady progress and willingness to learn all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing and sanitation of clean room facilities as required.Main Areas of Responsibilities? Precisely follow company standard operating procedures for the manufacture of tissue based products.? Operates heat sealers, biohazard laminar flow hoods, bar code scanners, aspiration systems, weighing scales and orbital shakers.? Observes and monitors the quality of raw finished goods before, during and after production? Records information on batch records, equipment and cleaning logs, and other documents.? Uses computers and Oracle to enter data and generate reports? Maintains inventory of processing supplies? Responsible for the sanitization of the facility? Complies with cGMP's and ISO requirements where applicable in the facility Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:? Minimum of one year of related experience? Must have willingness to learn all equipment and jobs in the assigned processing area? Must be willing and able to work with potentially biohazardous materials, including cadaveric tissue? Demonstrated attention to detail? Demonstrated oral and written communication, critical thinking, arithmetic and proper business etiquette skills? Previous experience with record keeping? The Manufacturing Technician I position exists for the manufacture of human and porcine based tissue products. Ability to work in a confined atmosphere and it requires lifting up to 30 pounds of boxes and materials off racks? The position involves frequently sitting, walking, reaching, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, crawling and stair climbing and has the ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and or machinery
