We are seeking a Engineering Tech IV for a very important client.Assist the Engineering Program Manager in administering the documentation of the Facility, Utility, & Equipment Center of Excellence and Engineering Standards Program.Assist the Global Systems & Standards Director in managing the positions calendar and administrative support for the Director and team.- Ensure SME?s complete Standards periodic reviews on time. Update engineering document types as required. (Practices, Specification, Guidelines / Informational and Welding Documents). Work with SME?s and requestors to facilitate the updates- Includes writing and routing the Change Request in the Document Management System (Attach?, Vault)- Completing the Document Impact Analysis (DIA) with the SME input- Assist SME?s in writing the Description of Change, Rational for Change and Justification for Change.- Notify and send reminders to all approver to sign Change Requests, until approval.- Additional tasks - schedule and run meeting for periodic review, request, collect, & consolidate team members red lines into final redline.Responsible for keeping the Engineering Standards SharePoint PMAC site up to date- Includes deleting old version and saving a new version as documents are approved.- Maintaining the SME & Team Member listing to current status.- Writing and posting ?how To? help guides.Responsible for the review and workflow of engineering variances- Routing for all approver signatures via the companies DocuSign.- Storing the approved variance in SharePoint / Document management system.Assist Project Team member with writing procedures and other documents as needed.Manage special projects that relate to Engineering Programs- Schedule meetings, moderate the meeting, keep meeting minutes- Schedule & facilitate training sessions.Be a source for the companies personnel with questions about engineering documentation.- Assist Engineering personnel in finding documents, connect them with appropriate SME, demonstrate how to find and utilize attach? lists and our SharePoint site.Expert in the document management system (Attache, Vault), for the System and Standards organization- Work with our department personnel that need help using and utilizing the document management system. How to set up your computer, how to look up documents and how to approve documents.Act as the liaison between the Engineering Systems and Standards department and the Global Document Center.- Write all Change controls, support projects between the two groups.- Follow-up on document progress in the Document Management system- Manage purchase orders for out group through their lifecycle- Purchase order creation- Receiving- Financial tracking ? Invoices received, payment tracking- Close-out of PO?s Requirement: The candidate will possess the following qualifications.
