Job DescriptionCVS Health's Strategy Implementation team is part of the Strategy Execution Office (SEO), responsible for managing a comprehensive set of enterprise priorities critical to becoming the country's most consumer-centered health care company. Working closely with CVS Health's core businesses, the SEO guides implementation of high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring financial, strategic, and executional discipline required to meet our enterprise objectives for growth. This position will support the delicate interface between CVS Health and newly acquired capabilities throughout implementation planning and long-term execution. This is a unique role which will involve complex, cross-functional stakeholder management and significant exposure to executive leadership.This position will lead the digital and technology integration plan for newly acquired assets. S/he will develop actionable work plans across key digital and technology domains to ensure the desired consumer experience and growth goals can be achieved within and across health services assets. This position will be a strategic thinker able to build and lead the strategy and integration of new cutting-edge technology solutions to the healthcare portfolio while coordinating and aligning with key digital and technology leaders across the company.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 131,500Maximum: 289,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications A minimum of 15 years of healthcare experience including managed care insurance or health services experience Experience developing and implementing innovative digital products / solutions Experience in leading the execution of digital/technology projects and teams Ability to collaborate and work across a complex matrixed organization Strategic thinking skills Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and conciselyPreferred Qualifications Medicare experience Good understanding of CVS Health and its various business units Strong financial acumen Experience in leading teams, mentoring and coachingEducationA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree preferred.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
