Job DescriptionMust be located in the Northern part of New Jerseydue to 30% of travel Implements quality management strategy to increase performance rates and close gaps in care by conducting member education and outreach, setting up clinical events with community organizations and primary care providers. Coordinate member educational materials and collect medical record information for quality improvement.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
