Job DescriptionThis candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Inventory Replenishment and will work alongside other Planners within Supply Chain in a support role. The Associate Planner will execute business plans that achieve enterprise goals including sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, customer satisfaction and GMROII. This person will be working collaboratively with cross functional internal and external partners to deliver results and ensure outcomes.Associate Planner responsibilities include:- Support the achievement of inventory targets, service metrics and enterprise EBIT goals- Collaborate with internal and external partners on product flow, item forecasts, seasonal/promo plans, and new item launches- Establish effective partnerships with the vendor community to capitalize on supply chain product flow opportunities - Perform Supply Chain flow disruption analyses and take proactive measures to minimize or eliminate availability issues- Execute inventory processes ensuring consistency and the active sharing of knowledge across the planning community- Support the overall Planning Team on various projects throughout the yearPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 1+ Year Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)- Entry level supply chain knowledge (college degree in supply chain) and/or at least 3-5+ years of retail experience with a focus on merchandizing/planning.- Results driven with strong time management & organizational skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute ideas in a team setting- Curiosity to explore and identify insights that result in the development of actionable strategies and tactical plansPreferred Qualifications- 1-3+ years relevant experience in retail or supply chain roles- Experience using a forecasting and replenishment software package such as JDA/BY, E3 or SAPEducationRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
