Job DescriptionMinuteClinic is launching a new business line to support the larger CVS Health Enterprise Virtual Care (EVC) strategy. This new product, the Management Services Organization (MSO), will provide a broad range of practice management functions, ranging from general operations support to revenue cycle claims processing.The Business Manager of the MSO will be responsible for providing analytical and business support for the MinuteClinic and EVC teams, specifically through comprehensive analysis and translation of business needs to deliver on key MSO objectives. The individual will primarily focus on virtual care delivery - including scheduling and resource planning support - for virtual care providers, patient experience and support, trend identification, gap analysis, and operational workflow optimization to drive business outcomes.A critical aspect of this role is to understand the dynamic working environment and unique staffing needs across our virtual and brick and mortar health clinics and to leverage data and analytics to drive efficiencies across both our field staffing models and internal operational processes. Additionally, this individual will leverage data to identify emerging trends, operational and productivity gaps, and track overall customer service performance. In this role, you will use advanced analytical skills and logic to prepare materials and presentations for an array of audiences, including senior leadership, in a way that adds value, is easily understood, and improves the operational efficiency of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and independent leadership skills. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results. This is an eligible to Work from Home position and may be based in any state.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide comprehensive analytical and business support of our Enterprise Virtual Care initiatives Serve as the business SME across all aspects of Virtual Care, specifically the scheduling and resource planning aspects and overall patient experience management and support Use advanced analytical skills and logic to prepare materials and presentations for an array of audiences, including senior leadership Drive continuous process improvement by tracking key performance indicators and improving efficiencies to meet strategic goals Track project milestones for any new engagements Coordinate updates with key stakeholders from all areas of support to develop and implement new strategic initiatives and ensure smooth operationsPreferred Qualifications1.
