Job DescriptionRemote opportunity.Works closely with enterprise and local market leadership to develop new reimbursement models for strategic partners and initiatives. Responsible for value based payment innovation research, design, and model development to expand enterprise VBC portfolio and capabilities. Performs complex policy, market, and competitive analysis, engages contracting and clinical teams to create innovative value based payment concepts.Will work with cross functional teams to create and initiate model solution development, pilot models, and measure initial ROI for enterprise scaling. Serves as a liaison among internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytic teams to ensure reimbursement initiatives meet the needs of internal and external customers. Research and develop thought leadership on potential incentive/model strategies to advance primary care models, virtual care support, and care delivery integration models.As a business leader, influences all stakeholders to support key projects/programs to ensure positive outcomes that deliver on results.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
