Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a manager to join our Retail Communications team, focused on assisting the director, retail communications in developing and executing robust communications strategies to support customer experience, front store, and pharmacy initiatives, specifically targeted towards field and store colleagues, as we work to transform our stores into leading health and wellness destinations. You will develop and execute strategic communication strategies aligned with our business priorities in support of the retail business and enterprise, ensuring message consistency across Retail Leadership teams for major initiatives targeted towards field and store colleagues. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and will bring new engagement ideas to the table that keep our target audiences informed and inspired. In conjunction with director, retail communications, consult with retail leadership on their communication priorities and change management initiatives; design colleague engagement programs to support these priorities. Partner with retail leadership team to align on communication opportunities and strategic colleague-centric approaches. Write and develop messaging to support retail business and enterprise strategy, priorities, business innovation, recognition and announcements targeting field and store colleagues, to keep them informed, inspired, empowered, and connected to the overall organization. Coordinate with retail communications team to implement consistent messaging across the field and store colleagues, including identifying engagement opportunities, aligned to enterprise-wide communication cycles and objectives. Identify stories to socialize ESG work with field and store colleagues to showcase work, strategic achievements and recognize contributions.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant Communications experience that includes employee communications, content marketing, digital marketing, professional writing, and editing Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field required. Ability to travel up to 20%Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications Experience in internal communications, ideally including retail and field communications, change management, and executive voice and writing or equivalent education/experience. Superb writing, editing, and proofreading skills for websites and digital properties using AP Style Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
