Job DescriptionCoram/CVS Health is looking for customer service-oriented professionals to join our team as a Pharmacy Representative In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will work alongside our pharmacists and technicians by communicating with patients, physicians, and other health care professionals regarding the coordination of home infusion orders. You will be responsible for triaging incoming calls, gathering and organizing patient information, and ensuring patient documentation is up to date in our electronic database. At Coram, we believe that Pharmacy Representatives are a key part of maintaining constant communication between our branch team members and clients; therefore, creating a positive experience for our patients. As a Pharmacy Representative, you will: Assist with maintenance of patient files, Sort and file Physician Orders and all clinical documentation. Provide administrative support to the specialty team - faxing/tracking physician's orders, discharging patient from service, filling of paperwork in the correct sections of patient file.Triage inbound phone calls to ensure patients are connected with the appropriate team members to coordinate care. Track patient pumps - swapping out when pump is due for PM and retrieving pumps when patient discharges from services. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-Minimum one-year customer service experience.-Minimum one-year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook & Word.-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.-Ability to work in on sitePreferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
