Including consultancy practice, business philosophy and goals. The Inside Sales Associate will get in-depth training on our products and existing customer base as well as hands-on guidance as they develop their sales style within the Kaleidoscope framework. The Inside Sales Associate will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. Reporting to the National Accounts and Team Lead, this position is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. With assistance from the broader Kaleidoscope team, the incumbent will present the company's services and grow the overall book of business. This role is the first step in the sales career path within Kaleidoscope. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable cold calling / digital messaging, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and support in closing sales.This is the perfect role for someone launching their business development career or looking to get into product development sales. Business DevelopmentSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureSupport in closing sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsProactively lead account development within defined business units within the territoryProactively seek and develop new business opportunities (whether through tele-sales / phone, social media, networking events, pounding the pavement for in-person meetings, and/or any means to reach new clients and share KA capabilities)Educate the client by promoting the extensive services offerings of KaleidoscopeWith assistance from the broader Kaleidoscope team, he/she will present the company's services, assist with Requests for Proposals (RFP)/Quotes, push for new business opportunities, and grow the overall book of business Will have target of new relationships to develop per quarter, and will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to meet these targets 2. Reporting/AdministrativeMaintain an ongoing contact database and report sales activities Report and maintain CRMProduce and deliver trends and secondary research for market landscape analysisProduce and deliver marketing collateral for brand awareness, education, and equity Produce and deliver sales proposals and presentations that exemplifying Kaleidoscope unique capabilities and DNA 3. CollaborationEffectively interface with the operational product design and development teams.
