Job DescriptionCVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager, Compliance Audit & Monitoring on our dynamic Medicaid Compliance Continuous Monitoring, Center of Excellence (COE) team. The Sr. Manager, Compliance will be a key member of the Medicaid Compliance team and will lead the development, completion and communication of audit & monitoring plan activities as well as special projects. The position will be responsible for communicating and reporting applicable remediation activities to key Medicaid Compliance and growth partners. Specifically, this role will: Lead the development of strategic monitoring plan, perform auditing & continuous monitoring activities, and support ad-hoc projects Drive the monitoring plan from contract requirement identification, to testing, execution and analysis Develop audit plans, policies, and maintains oversight of audits from completion to remediation Lead assigned projects from planning and scoping to delivering results to key stakeholders Assess potential findings and collaborate with business partners and compliance leadership to develop practical solutions for corrective action Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline compliance monitoring processes Build strong relationships with colleagues and business growth partners to mitigate compliance risks Assist with the identification and implementation of various tools, technologies, and innovation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the teamIn order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following: Strategic thinker; ability to develop audit and test plans and support leadership with strategic direction of Medicaid Compliance Monitoring Plan Innovative mindset to support the advancement of the Medicaid Compliance Model through automation/analytics to drive value to first line Strong cross-functional communication, able to present to Sr. Leadership Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop monitoring activities, document testing, and communicate results Strong ability to solve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude Excellent business acumen, organizational, and time management skills Detail-oriented and ability to synthesize compliance reports/findings in a clear manner Escalate risks/issues timely to leadership and work towards meaningful solutionsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
