Job DescriptionCVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Aetna Health Product Team as a manager of product intake and prioritization. Aetna Health strives to continuously innovate around how we manage the ever-expanding digital experience opportunities across our product portfolio - and this role will play a key part in that innovation. Working across the entire Aetna & CVS enterprise span of functional areas (Business, Sales, Account Mgmt., Marketing, IT, and more), this role will coordinate and lead the intake request process (which includes triage, vetting, alignment, and prioritization exercises) for Aetna Health requests, ensuring an optimal throughput of new ideas to the Product Management Leadership team across the various trains and domains. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project/program management, product management, and IT implementations. Your ability to manage work across a diverse stakeholder group, with a focus on driving strategic alignment, implementing change control strategies, and ensuring a robust evaluation and alignment process, all aimed at driving business value and improving member experiences, is crucial for this role. In addition, you have a natural desire to help people identify and align on priorities for the success of a very large product portfolio. Digital Aetna Health Product, and specifically the Intake team, works closely with business partners outside of digital area, so the ability to listen, process, and communicate customer needs to appropriately ensure alignment of competing priorities is a must. Strong communications skills, documentation skills, and a commitment to following the CVS Heart at Work principals ensures success Key Responsibilities: Advisor to external stakeholders (Business, Sales, Account Mgmt., Marketing, IT, etc.) on how to effectively navigate the digital intake process. Advisor to internal digital stakeholders (Pro Services, Retail, Architecture, etc.) on how to effectively navigate the digital intake process. Concierge-level stakeholder and requestor support, helping translate their problem statements and member experience opportunities into clear requests - with a focus on articulating the business / member value, and evaluating how business & member experience goals align within the larger ecosystem. Perform as a strategic advisor on portfolio management with a focus on capacity and resource planning. Effectively manage the intake process workflow to ensure that requestors are clear about upcoming timelines and next steps. Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal resources across all teams - related to intake requests. Own team road map reviews, change control, and maintain excellent documentation of all work. Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team and propose and implement solutions. Advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance.Responsibilities Working across various internal and external stakeholders, and other key organizational areas, this role will coordinate and lead the intake, prioritization, and alignment of the Digital Aetna Health Portfolio. Assess, develop, and enhance intake-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Define and create process mappings to support all the various intake request types. Partner with internal Digital Aetna Health teams to champion the intake process.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
