Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & Development is responsible for helping steward the development of the company's long-term strategy and associated priorities, connecting each business unit to those priorities, exploring white space opportunities for growth, and connecting the dots across businesses to accelerate existing revenue streams. The Senior Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development plays a key role in the evaluation of potential opportunities in our Customer Success & Growth organization, with a focus on Marketing. This role will work with senior marketing leadership, business stakeholders and peers throughout the company to support the evolution of our enterprise marketing, business-specific marketing, and marketing technology strategies. The role will support the Executive Director of Corporate Strategy through project management, applied insights and research, and communications support.The ideal applicant will have: Strong understanding of marketing and advertising landscape and trends in healthcare or retail Proven skills in project management and storytelling with relevant fact-base and key assumptions Passion for data and analytics Strong relationship across all levels within an organization and with relevant external constituents Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a concise, logical, and consistent manner to influence internal and external partners Demonstrated ability to simplify complex details to coordinate solution components across multiple work streams Comfort with ambiguity, passion for learning and exploration, and an entrepreneurial spiritPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years leadership experience with technical/functional expertise in multiple areas as it relates to corporate healthcare strategy: management consulting, marketing, customer experience (CX), technology 1-2 years' experience applying marketing insights to business problems Prior consulting experience strongly preferredPreferred Qualifications Master's Degree Management Consulting strongly preferred Working knowledge of healthcare industry, with a growth mindset to further develop expertise Experience in strategy development and execution, with strong preference for former consulting or strategy experience Experience with digital marketing, including web design, communications, and advertising networks Commitment to deepening expertise in digital, marketing, and customer experience Comfortable with managing competing priorities, and quickly shifting gears to adapt to changing needs of the enterprise, our customers, and our teamEducationBachelor's in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Social Sciences or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
