Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting top talent for our Manager,Project Management role in our Mercy Care Advantage (MCA) Concierge Team. The team outreaches to our members to provide innovative, proactive, and compassionate solutions that exceed our member's expectations. We are the knowledgeable and trusted advocates for our members. The key to our success is our talent. This position requires the management of campaign implementation, continuous improvement planning, data analytics and guiding a team of advocates who make outbound calls and other outreaches to our Medicare members. This position requires a high degree of empathy, strategy, desire for process improvement, organization, analytics, and creativity.A Manager, Project Management is/will:- Responsible for leading team accountable for servingMedicare members. - Support high performance team through ongoingcoaching, performance management, rewards, andrecognition.- Accountable for set of metrics designed to enhance themember experience.- Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related tonew and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization. Developsrecommendations based on complex data and root causeanalysis.- Provide input on business plan to achieve business goals.- Proactively lead assigned project by creating projecttimeline, identifying key milestones and additionalresources needed to successfully complete the work.- Assist with the management of internal relationships,processes, and performance drives (in some casesrelationships may be external). - Identify issues that may stall project and works withmanager to address them.- Track progress and communicates project status on aregular basis to all impacted parties.- Build communication plan for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion. - Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal parties (these may be cross-functional/segment) may also include external parties. - Coach or mentor others by providing work direction. Maysolicit and evaluate internal and external customerfeedback to enhance continuous quality improvement.- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
