Sr Manager Business Consulting

Job DescriptionThis role will be part of the Business Excellence Team (BET) and will directly manage the MSO business system sustainment/deployment team focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives targeting lean management system adoption. Will have direct accountability for business system sustainment efforts, future deployments of the lean management system, and larger lean problem solving strategic initiatives. Facilitates on the development of enterprise and business unit strategic project plans utilizing the Lean Six Sigma operating system across the organization. Consults with leaders toward the implementation of business transformations to achieve operational excellence, employee engagement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-Working knowledge of Lean Management Systems and Six Sigma methodologies including Root Cause Analysis, Data Analytics, Process Mapping, Change Management and Project Management tools-Must have previous leadership experience with direct reports -Must have strong analytical skills with six sigma/operations background -Extensive experience with identifying financial impact and ROI -Strong Communication, consulting and negotiation skills-Solid business acumen accompanied by interpersonal savvy and team oriented leadership skills-Demonstrated experience in crafting business solutions with experience in planning, assessing and implementing changePreferred Qualifications-Lean Six Sigma Certification -Professionalism and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and flex to meet the work demand-Considerable knowledge and skill with communication, both written and verbal-Working knowledge and skills, that include customer focus, relationship building, flexibility, listening & translating, collaboration & teamwork-Understanding of Aetna Business Operating Model and operational knowledge of the business alignment to it-Knowledge of diverse internal and external networks, in efforts to gather data and best practices that can be leveraged across the enterprise-Leadership abilities that include motivating others, giving and receiving feedback, leading without authority and delegation-Ability to mentor and support staff to meet business needsEducation-Bachelors degree and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred-Open to equivalent experience in lieu of degreeBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
