In support of our strategic agenda, we are looking for seasoned senior digital site operations merchandiser to support the strong team we've got already. This is a great opportunity if you are excited to be part of digital innovation aimed at driving business growth and changing the face of Position Responsibilities Support a team of merchandising operations specialists to support the hands-on-keyboard creation & optimization of shopping experience (across all platforms). Ensure flawless execution of item set-up and catalog management, support creation and execution of online promotions, and support content creation on the site for multiple departments that adhere to product data standards set by CVS. Optimize and enhance existing suite of product data standards that create a consistent experience by category, make recommendations to standards based upon industry trends and customer insights, and implement with cross-functional teams. Be a subject matter expert with all functions of the Site Operations team that positions self to support projects, new initiatives, A/B testing, UAT, and continuous improvement efforts. Act as a change agent for continuous improvement efforts, technology changes, and process changes while creating the necessary training tools and documentation in support of the team's ability to execute the work. Partner with site merchants and category managers to execute onsite events/promotions. Recommend and drive new functionality and enhancements to our PIM (Product Information Management) solution, CMS (Content Management System), and search and browse management tools. Constantly seeking out the optimal user experience for all onsite features, delivering a best-in-class experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 4+ years' experience in Site Operations, Site Merchandising, Site Experience, Product Management, Project Management, Strategy, and/or Leading Cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications Intermediate Level of Microsoft Applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Experience directly/indirectly leading a team. Site Operations background especially in a consumer-focused, multiple product category e-commerce sites. Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate rationale and needed courses of action to engage diverse audiences and influence others. Strategic thinker complemented with ability to develop and communicate solid plan.
