Job DescriptionAccountable for ongoing client relationship management and satisfaction for smaller to moderate scale and complexity high value initiatives and parts of larger initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services to the internal and external environment (See Family Summary). Responsible for defining complex business requirements that support our strategic goals and translating those requirements into technical specifications needed to deliver high value digital solutions.Responsible for providing guidance and direction to external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members and/or matrixed staff as required in support of initiatives. Accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools to client organizations. Responsible for providing client demos and clearly describe potential to internal and external constituents.Responsible for personal time management while supporting concurrent initiatives and providing guidance/coaching to teammates in similar roles, but with less experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Manage and/or facilitate QA and user acceptance testing and facilitate cross-program time studies to increase operational efficiency and ensure stakeholder approval of solution and ROI estimation. Negotiate and liaise between program teams, technology teams, and support teams to deliver cost-effective, high-performance technology solutions. Manage projects via status meetings, weekly reports, identifying risks, and tracking issues. Drives or guides development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and independently influences business leader(s) to act or change behavior through negotiations and/or consultation that promotes issue resolution. Communicates compelling and concise results to empower client groups in decision making regarding initiative opportunities. Conducts thorough business case and external customer value analysis to determine selection, prioritization positioning and approach for broadest range of potential solutions. Drives or guides engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodology. Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes and delivers all required analysis, reporting/ business intelligence and presentation materials as needed for clients and leadership. Leverages internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge/best practice transfer.Preferred Qualifications 3 - 5+ years experience and leadership with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial analysis, business planning, and/or risk management consulting. Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously. Demonstrated superior business process, project management and cross-organizational prioritization negotiation experience. Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations. Experience with cross organizational and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
