Job DescriptionAs the IT Retail Store Hardware Support Technician, you will responsible for shipping and receiving specific CVS hardware to our CVS stores, roll-outs and field technical service group. You will maintaining accurate asset tracking records in Siebel. You will maintain current hardware certifications on equipment to process warranty claims. Your responsibilities will also include: Processing warranty claims under self-maintenance contracts Cleaning and refurbishing returned store equipment Staging and configuring complex systems for RX, POS, and internal corporate distribution Ensuring adequate inventory levels for support functions Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ability to work with minimal supervision.Qualities needed to be successful in this position are: Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, Dependability Ability to lift 60 lbs unassisted.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 1+ years' experience in shipping / receiving.
