Job DescriptionUnder general supervision, verifies enrollment information, makes changes to member demographic data , and addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns. Maintains enrollment data in eligibility systems to ensure compliance with CMS guidance requirements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Familiarity with Medicare Enrollment systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem solving skills. Strong organization skills. Understands the impact of work to other teams and downstream support areas. Ability to analyze and research data to make appropriate corrections as necessary.
