Job DescriptionAetna International is looking for a new team member to join our organization as an Account Executive. The Account Executive will join our Large Group team.The Account Executive can work remotely. The preferred locations are in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic or Southeast. Locations in the Midwest or South Central will also be considered.The Account Executive will be responsible for representing Aetna International's brand in the marketplace. They will need to develop strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for existing customers.The Account Executive will be responsible for all strategic activity with their assigned book of business. They will lead all customer meetings. The Account Executive will lead utilization meetings and present and execute on developing solutions that will benefit their customers and members. The Account Executive is responsible for delivering policy renewals and also presents any recommendations for additional services for their customers. They will have an opportunity to lead and participate in customer and producer events designed to help promote Aetna International's services for their customers. The Account Executive also assists in new business development addition, the Account Executive will: Develop and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with Aetna International clients (plan sponsors and producers) through superior account service Develop, maintain and retain consultative client relationships, effectively positioning our value-added products and member services in accordance with business development objectives Partner with customers on their employee benefit strategies with regard to health and wellness programs Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally Review, deliver and coordinate account renewal activities Meet both virtually and, at times, directly with customers (prospective clients, plan sponsors, and producers) Develop and maintain proficient understanding of the international employee benefit business environment Provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services Prepare required and special market specific reports within expected timeframes.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 96,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5-10 years of experience in health insurance.
