Job DescriptionThis position with Mercy Care Advantage is responsible for identifying dual-eligibles for the purpose of enrolling them under the Medicare Advantage program. The Representative will meet with dual-eligible prospects, typically outside of the office environment, to explain benefits of the plan; how to use health plan services; access care; and is responsible for completion and timely submission of the enrollment form. The representative will conduct local area marketing activities within designated service areas, and meet with network providers, advocacy groups, and community coordinators. They will assist with telephone inquiries and conduct group benefit presentations.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 96,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Must be located in Pima County Arizona - Bi-Lingual (Spanish) - Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.- Incumbent may be scheduled to work an alternate schedule to accommodate essential business needs.- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.- Approximately 75% of daily responsibilities will be working one-on-one in an environment where hearing and listening is paramount.- AHIP Certification, or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire.- Must possess valid and current AZ Life and Health Insurance license, or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire.- Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a fast-paced healthcare environment.- Must possess effective telephone and problem identification and resolution skills.- Ability to use different computer programs (Ex.
