Job DescriptionThe Executive Director, Store Product Engineering, is ultimately accountable for leading high performing team for Store Experience, Point of Sale, and Loyalty & Personalization across 9k CVS store. This is a new position, reporting to the VP of Retail Commerce & Store XP.This position will be responsible to lead the software development and support for Point of Sale, Front Store application, Supporting Pharmacy applications and Personalization Applications. Working with business counterparts to develop and implement a long-term technology strategy and roadmaps. Maintain a close partnership with CVS Health's executives and senior leaders in order to help scope major strategic initiatives. Guide the end-to-end execution of these major strategic initiatives to ensure business-driven results and transformative outcomes. Fiscal management including the development of annual capital and expense budgets and the monthly forecasting of each domain. A key responsibility will be to layout a strategy to track, measure and improve application SLA/SLO/SLIs. This role requires close partnering with application and business teams, as well as internal and external service providers.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 157,800Maximum: 347,200Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 15+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines, including technical/infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, database management or operations in a multi-tier environment. - 8+ years of Manager of Managers experience. - 5+ years of experience in application performance and/ or infrastructure monitoring technology management. - 5+ years of experience in managing support for enterprise level applications and directing / managing large teams (50+ resources) is required. -3+ years of experience in managing geographically disbursed teams (onshore and offshore).- 5+ years of experience with Performance Goal and Standards Setting: Develop and communicate to realistic timelines via plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate + long-term consequences.- 5+ years of experience with Customer/Stakeholder Focus: Gather stakeholder impressions of services and programs, integrating this feedback into decision making.
