Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for supporting various financial aspects of the Small Group (SG) business, which includes 51-100 fully insured, Aetna Funded Advantage, and ACA group business. This business will also provide ad hoc support for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) business. These business combine for roughly $7B in revenue. In particular this position supports the Small Group Segment CFO with national oversight and partners with the Segment President to tackle financial issues. Examples include:- Create monthly reporting packages that help the President understand how actuals are comparing to budget.- Support full P&L analytics- Help review reforecasts and budget setting to ensure market level allocation makes sense at a national level.- Ensure that strategic initiatives are captured in budget and forecasts.- Executive leadership exposure and opportunities to present during town halls, close reviews and more.- Provide support to the PEO segment as neededPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
