Job DescriptionCVS Health's data & analytics organization is looking to build out its' sales and business development team focused on licensing data and analytics assets. Join us as we embark on a thrilling journey to drive a transformational shift in how the healthcare market leverages analytics and insights to enable a more consumer centric healthcare experience.The Strategy & Business development team is in charge of building our business in the data product area. The team's goal is to understand customers' key data and analytics use cases and help them improve their business objectives leveraging a unique set of data. The Product Owner for Data Products: Develops an understanding of the data and analytics market for healthcare services, identifies unmet needs and potential data products CVSH can develop Collaborates closely with prospective clients in identifying use cases for data and analytics products to articulate substantial client value Leads strategic business development efforts by cultivating strong, productive, and influential relationships with customers and peers focusing on complex data needs Manages the integration of data and analytics products to meet client's implementation needs and close the deal Positions products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue Supports complex negotiationsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 2+ years' experience in data and analytics licensing sales / business development, or management consulting 2+ years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred (payer, PBM, provider, manufacturer) with exposure to data & analytics solutions improving patient lives Exposure to and understanding of business strategies and analytics-driven business solutions required Strong communicator with peers and senior leaders, both 1:1 and in small groups Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to prospective clientsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
