Job DescriptionCVS Aetna constantly develops new, innovative medical programs and services to promote the better health and wellness of our members. This is an opportunity to join the Service Pricing team, part of Aetna's Corporate Finance organization, to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of these initiatives in Aetna's self-insured commercial pricing application (SRM) and to provide clear guidance in the Service Pricing Manual (SPM). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other members of the Service Pricing team as well as the Underwriting (UW) and Actuarial teams from HCB. The individual in this position will need strong technical, analytical and communication skills and will have the opportunity to leverage technology to improve existing processes. The primary responsibilities for this position include:- Support monthly implementation of new programs and services in SRM that includes SRM testing and information gathering for posting detail UW guidance in the corresponding Service Pricing Manual (SPM) page - Provide project mgmt. oversight for new programs and services, lead monthly calls with internal pricing team and other business partners- Maintain accurate documentation and manage training and user support for tools and processes, update user guides as needed- Lead the conversion of the Service Pricing Manual (SPM) to SharePoint- Share responsibility to support coverage of the Service Pricing Help Desk- Share responsibility for annual updates of SPM- Maintain the CCI Summary tool - Provide on-going pricing support for some products after implementation. - This position will have an opportunity to participate in the design process for the new ASC pricing application (this is a multi-year project)- Promote and maintain positive constituent relationships- Provide support for special projectsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
